We have a dedicated area where every instrument is wrapped and sterilized before your visit begins. Each room is also sanitized between patients AND we perform weekly spore testing with a third party infection control center.

Their new dental hygienist Joel is awesome! He explained everything he was doing, and made sure I was comfortable. The usual cleaning was done right and without any discomfort. It’s the first time I’ve asked to have the same hygienist at my next appointment. I hope he sticks around for a long time!

Dr Bell and Dr Franklin have taken care of our daughter’s dental health (and ours) from the time her teeth started coming in as a toddler. Here we are 14 years later, and she has just finished Invisalign, enhancing her beautiful smile, and saving us money and time in the process. We appreciate the professionalism, knowledge, and family feel of this wonderful team and their staff. We can not recommend them enough, 5 stars all the way.

My wife, our two kids, and I have been seeing her since we moved her from New England 14 years ago – and Signature Family Dentistry provides the BEST experience I’ve ever had.
From a reassuring touch on the shoulder during conversations, to clear and understandable communications before, during, and after every procedure – they helped my wife overcome her reluctance (almost fear) of dentistry due to many years of bad experiences.

Super friendly, reliable and trusted. They were the best dentist office I’ve ever experienced. I had to leave due to Delta Dental no longer being accepted in the HS office, unfortunately. Hopefully that will change in 2026 and beyond. 100% recommended!

I had severe dental trauma (age 8) requiring many repairs over 60 years. Upon moving to the area I was disparaged by a dentist office and told to just “suck it up,” consequently I didn’t return for 5 years. I was a faithful every 6 month cleaning previously in NY. I had developed some issues. A friend recommended Dr. Bell’s office. They are 5+ star amazing. Not only was I assured of the gentle touch, but the thoroughness of the staff was incredible. I need work done and have absolutely NO reservation about returning! Thank you Dr. Bell and staff for your compassion, understanding, and kindness – the best cleaning I’ve had in too many years – and the rest of the family will be seeing you soon!

Great staff and Dr Walker was so nice and made me feel comfortable. I get so nervous when I go to the dentist but he told me what he was doing every step of the way. His assistant was so caring and made the visit go so much easier! Great place to go!!

After receiving a very large and expensive treatment plan from another dentist, I saw Dr. Franklin for a 2nd opinion. Her approach was fact based, conservative, and thoughtful. Without bashing what the other practice recommended, she validated my concerns and offered a very reasonable path forward. Great experience with Dr. Franklin and her team.

Dr Bell is the best, hands down. I’ve wanted veneers for several years now and had been looking around for someone competent, professional, and someone who pays extreme attention to detail and takes the time to do things right. The plan she laid out was the best I’ve seen and the results to date are outstanding. Her and her team are by far the best dentist in Holly Springs (routine dental as well as cosmetic). I can’t be happier with the results I have. Highly recommend.
