    This has to be the best dentist I’ve ever been to! The work they did on my teeth was excellent and the staff was amazing! Definitely recommend them!

    I have had a great experience at Axiom and the staff is fantastic. Dr Joy is amazing and the best dentist I have ever been to! She is so informative, highly skilled and puts you at ease before and during any procedure you have.

    I am deeply disappointed with the performance of the staff. Yesterday, the receptionist contacted me to arrive earlier than usual for my regular cleaning. I informed her that I would call her back to confirm, so l decided to leave early to ensure my punctuality. I arrived at the location at 12:40 pm (with an appointment at 1 pm), but l was not called to begin cleaning until 1:28 pm. I informed them that I had another appointment at 2 pm at a different location, but it seemed as though they were not concerned about this inconvenience and simply filled in the time to maximize their revenue. When I finally entered the premises with the hygienist, it was not the individual I had requested for cleaning. While he appeared to be a pleasant person, I informed him that I needed to leave, and he rescheduled my appointment for next week. However, I attempted to contact the manager to discuss compensation for the time l had spent there, but she was unavailable for the day. I am awaiting her call so that we can resolve this matter. I anticipate that I will not be returning to this establishment in the future. One additional aspect that exacerbated my frustration was that other individuals arrived after me and were scheduled to have their cleaning done at 1 pm.

    I came to Axiom after a problem with my previous dentist. As we discovered I had no more benefits left for the current year. The hygenist and I talked about the issues, she consulted the doctor, and it was decided that I could wait until the new year and start my treatment then. They took their time and were very patient and because they actually didn’t do any work, but I did take up some of their valuable time, did not charge me for the visit. Nice people!

    We’re new to the practice and the staff made us feel at home. It’s such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, loved the ladies in the front office. The hygienist and dentist were amazing.

    I am a new patient with Axiom Dentistry – Knightdale, and I absolutely love my new Dentist – Dr. Joy and her team – Madison and Nadia. Dr. Joy is excellent she is pleasant, personable, and her attention to detail has exceeded my expectations. The crowns have improved my smile 100%. The staff is professional and if you are looking for quality customer service and a dentistry team that puts the patients satisfaction first, then Axiom Dentistry in Knightdale is an excellent choice. Oh, if you are anxious like I am make sure you ask Dr. Joy to work her magic with her aromatherapy methods. Signed by a very satisfied customer.

    Came in as a new patient, Dr Joy is my doctor she is very friendly compassionate and very people relatable. She makes you feel at ease, very comfortable which takes away the anxieties. All the staff is very friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have concerning your dental needs. Very please with the outcome thus far.
