Dr. Prasad Vasamsetti, Dr. Seth Jones, and Dr. Megan Hayworth are skilled and gentle dentists. They will work with you to determine the best treatment approach for your situation. I absolutely love the team at Brier Creek Dental! The staff is fantastic, and my favorite dental hygienist, Ann, is truly the best. She’s incredibly skilled and thorough—every time she cleans my teeth, they feel amazing. Her expertise in reviewing X-rays is impressive; she even detected a damaged root in my front tooth that no one hadn’t noticed.
Dr. Jones is equally outstanding! His precision in teeth molding is remarkable—I had two gaps, and he filled them so seamlessly that they looked like a natural part of my teeth. I genuinely look forward to my cleaning appointments, thanks to this amazing team!

I started coming to Brier Creek Dental little over a year ago and my experience with Brier Creek Dental was the most refreshing and emotional experience. I went to one that wasn’t great to be polite before. At Brier Creek it was 1000 times better because the people that work at Brier Creek Dental are very welcoming, and friendly, they have high emotional intelligence, wonderful personalities and are gentle to their patients and have suggestions but also really listen to what the client or patient wants. I had a tooth break from a hard snack possibly a nutshell fragment and they were able to squeeze me in on short notice and my tooth was saved and mouth feels great. They were easy on my wallet too. I would like to say Thank you to two different wonderful and gentle hygienists Ann and Bridget and to the awesome Dr. Hayworth who made my tooth better than it was before the accident. It makes me feel blessed to have found such a caring environment at Brier Creek Dental with incredibly talented people in their field to take care of my dental needs and feel welcomed, and listened too, with great teeth after to boot. Thank you all and the Front Desk People are Great too with warm welcome, helpful and professional demeanors !!!

I cannot express the gratitude I feel for discovering Brier Creek Dental, through my daughter, who was once employed there. The ENTIRE staff is friendly, approachable, professional, knowledgeable and do their best to make you feel at ease and at home.
My experience Tuesday was with some unknown source of pain, which I feared was an abscess or decay. Many steps were taken and thorough explanations all along the way to get to the root cause (no pun intended haha), which revealed, much to my relief, no abscess or decay…but another issue with options presented to rectify the problem and ease my pain as quickly as possible.
I am grateful for the efforts of every employee, starting at the reception desk, all the way through the process who were reassuring and comforting…hygienists, assistants, office manager, and finance personnel…they ended up making this is a pleasant experience when my day started with pain and angst.
I left my appointment feeling relieved, cared for and secure in knowing my issues were a priority for those involved and they made sure to let me know to call right away if I had any further pain or needed care before my next appointment.
I might add that I live two hours away! The dedication of Brier Creek Dental doctors and staff will keep me coming back for many years to come!

Dr. Vasamsetti and his team are excellent. Their dental care is top notch, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. Brier Creek Dental takes the anxiety out of going to the dentist. The dentists are skilled and compassionate, and the hygienists are thorough and pleasant every time. The team really goes above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable and at ease. I have been extremely pleased with the care that I have received there and am so happy to have found a wonderful dentist.

I’ve been a patient of Brier Creek Dental for almost 4 years now. This practice serves 3 generations of women in my family. Myself, my daughter who is 13 and my mother who is 70. Dr. Jones is wonderful and the entire staff are very professional with warm personalities. Leaving my dentist on Long Island was very devastating for me. I am grateful to have found a trusted professional in Dr. Jones. He has a warm spirit and the best bedside manner. I have visited with other dental offices in the area and none compare to Brier Creek. Everyone who works here is excellent. From reception, to hygienist Anais, Bailey, to Eddie in billing. I recently took my mother here who had not been to the dentist in a few years and was nervous. Dr. Jones was very gentle, took his time discussing his recommendations for her with me and I really appreciated that. Many people don’t love going to the dentist, but I look forward to my scheduled cleanings.

I have always struggled with my teeth. But for the past 2 years, I must say, I fortunately have found this place which makes my dental care procedure a soothing and homely process.
Everyone, starting from the receptionist to the dental assistant to the doctor, are always so cooperative and understanding.
And most importantly, expense wise, they are super transparent. -
It’s organized and clean. They don’t try to upsell you like some people other dentists and process your insurance claims right away.

I called this office this week to set up an appointment for emergency dentistry and the front desk customer service was exceptional. Dr. Hayworth is great as well. She walked me through my treatment plan as I became a new patient and also, what would happen with each visit. I went back on Thursday to start my treatment and the care taken while I was under Novocain – I cannot say enough. Carolina was also exceptional. Eddie who helped check me out at the end of my visit Thursday was great as well. Many good conversations and smiles from me! I found my dentist! Thank you!

I’ve been a patient here a long time now and I absolutely LOVE this practice. Dr. V and all of his staff are amazing. I had to bring my daughter in today for an appointment, and I also had a minor issue that I mentioned, and they worked me in and took care of me immediately.
They’re always professional and courteous, and I will always recommend them. Top notch customer service and the staff are all sensitive to any fears or anxiety that you might have. They really work hard to make you comfortable. Love these guys and gals! -
I had some crown work done by the folks at Brier Creek Dental, in Durham, NC, in early October.
First, they were the ones who identified the problem and hatched a plan for accomplishing this quickly – spelling out exactly why quick action to remedy the situation would make the most sense.
Second, once I was in the chair, they worked with dispatch and efficiency to size up the problem, administer the stuff that would dull the impact of their excavation work, and prep the battle space for laying in a new crown.
Third, the office had every single piece of 21st century equipment necessary to do this – and they brought the equipment to bear on this challenge, using the x-ray type equipment to examine the impacted area, measure the space for the new crown, and facilitate getting the thing into place.
Fourth, the dental assistant – Carla – and the dentist – Dr. Seth Jones – worked together in a manner that was impressive. They were organized, familiar with the SOP, capable of shifting strategies in response to matters that complicated the usual approach to this kind of dental issue.
They explained everything, checked and re-checked their work at each point, used multiple ways of getting the crown in exactly right, and then re-checked all of that work.
They were especially attentive to the details of the operation – cleaning up the cement utilized to secure the crown, verifying that the new crown fit exactly the way it should in order to get the best bite for the buck, documenting the process for their records.
Both the dental assistant and the dentist handled the process in a truly squared away manner, working efficiently, confidently, professionally – in a manner that was topped off with a good dose of concern for patient comfort and confidence in the work they were doing.
This is one great office with a staff of careful, friendly, well-trained technicians and competent, professional, polite and caring dentists.
And I say this even as the local anesthetic wears off . . . -
Dr.Haywood have turn my dentist experience for I’m having severe anxiety to a place I definitely freely comfortable.Here through if knowledge has retiore my faith I hope and pray you remain my provider for years to come . Doctors may have the technique to preform procedures bug when you don’t puts you eases explaining the detail all that stressed biscremoved. Thsnk you kindly Dr. Haywood and your kindle staff. Best dentist in Raleigh. Hands down. Dr. V always makes you feel comfortable and addresses any questions you may have. He’s also extremely personable. The office staff is welcoming and the office itself is very nice. Ashlynn, who normally does my cleanings, is very personable as well and knows what she’s doing! Been going here for 10 years, and look forward to the next 10.
