Our entire team follows procedures recommended by several federal agencies: the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). These measures include:

We sterilize all reusable equipment, including dental handpieces. We use an autoclave, a device that kills bacteria and viruses by steam, heat, and pressure.

This was my fourth visit to Cary Towne Dental, and every time I leave, I feel even more confident that I’ve found the right place for my dental care. The whole team is friendly, respectful, and makes the experience smooth from start to finish.
Alexis, my hygienist, is consistently kind, gentle, and thorough. She’s the reason cleanings no longer make me nervous — she has such a calm and reassuring approach. Dr. McClellan is always professional, attentive, and genuinely listens. She takes the time to explain things clearly and makes sure you’re comfortable with the plan before moving forward.
It’s rare to say this, but I actually look forward to my dental visits now. I always leave feeling taken care of, never rushed or overlooked. I absolutely recommend Cary Towne Dental to anyone looking for a dental office that’s both skilled and truly caring. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Highly recommend!!! If you’re looking for a dentist and hygienists in the Cary area, this is the place. Dr McClellan and team are really really good and trust me, as it comes from someone who tries to avoid dentists at all costs. Through, informative during procedures and with a gentle touch! I had an emergency extraction needed and I had a consultation on Monday and the tooth was out by Tuesday, along with a cleaning. No doubt the best dental practice I’ve been to, everyone was extremely nice and thorough with explaining what was happening including during the procedure by Dr. McClellan. Please give extra kudos to Ali my hygienist as she really helped calm me down during an anxious period I was having before the procedure. I have never had a dentist experience like the one I had the last two days where I felt safe, reassured, and that there was mutual trust. Experiences like this one make me okay with going back, which is a feeling I’ve never been even close to with the dentist before this week. Thank you 🙂

I am someone who dreads going to the dentist and avoided it for years. I came to Cary Towne Dental and I am so glad I did! Everyone is so kind, welcoming and patient. They understand dental anxiety and try to really help make it a pleasant experience. I cannot recommend this place enough.

All the staff at Cary Towne Dental is so sweet! I was referred by a friend and went for the first time and could not have been happier with my experience. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, my hygienist checked in with me throughout the whole process to make sure I was comfortable and I like that everything was explained to me (as to the why of what we were doing.) Can’t recommend this team enough!

My appointment was for my semiannual cleaning and check up. Alexis, my hygienist was gentle yet thorough. She kept me informed of what she was doing throughout the cleaning.
Dr Morgan McClellan is such a pleasant and kind person. She puts you at ease immediately as she discusses the results of your X-rays, and general assessment. I commented to my husband that everyone at Cary Towne Dental seems genuinely happy to see their patients and to be working with Dr. McClellan and each other. -
I had a great experience today at Cary Towne Dental. I have nerve damage and jaw problems that can make dental appointments very uncomfortable. Alexis, my hygienist, was so gentle and thorough. Dr. McClellan was kind and enthusiastic, and the front desk staff were all very friendly. My service was prompt and overall this was an excellent experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Had a sensitive tooth over the weekend called on Monday and saw the Dentist that afternoon. They diagnosed the issue and started the treatment process schedule. Very comfortable with the plan and pleased with the speedy response. Pleasant staff and Dr McClellon made for a positive visit

I had been a patient of Cary Towne Dental under Dr. Saltzman’s ownership for many years. Dr. S. ran a wonderful practice. He and his entire team were skilled, caring and personable. When he retired, another dentist and team came in and as a result of my first impression, I was going to change dentists because it was NOT what I was accustomed to. That Dentist and team did not last long and in came Dr. McClellan with an entire new team.
Having had 3 visits, it’s my pleasure to now give Dr. McClellan and team my highest review. She is skilled, personable and takes the time to explain any issues and recommended plan. Her team of hygienists is also skilled, personable and makes you feel welcome and comfortable.
I’m now very glad I didn’t switch immediately upon Dr. Saltzman’s retirement.

So to start off this review, this dentist is honestly amazing. As soon as you walk in the door the smiling faces ! Like I can’t even begin to express how welcome they made me feel. At first I was like let me try out a new dentist you know I’ve tried other ones in Cary I wasn’t a big fan but this dentist and the women that work there are honestly the sweetest people I’ve ever met. They don’t judge you && they are 100% honest with you. You can ask them any question in the world, and they will not make you feel like it’s a bad question or it’s not a smart question to ask, they are 100% transparent with you on every topic . They will tell you exactly what you need and ways to work with you , I will honestly say I do not want to go anywhere else after experiencing these people at this dentistry , Amazing job !!

I am not someone who typically goes out of my way to write a review but my experience with Cary Towne Dental, Dr Morgan, and the staff has been so amazing that I have to say something! I was very traumatized by my dentist growing up which led me to completely ditching the dentist when I became an adult. After having some tooth pain recently I decided to give this dentist office a try. They have been nothing short of amazing. Appointments have been so easy to book (and reschedule when need be), the staff is so so sweet, and Dr. Morgan makes sitting in her chair so relaxing you feel like you could be sitting at a spa. Such a great experience. 10/10 will recommend Cary Towne Dental to any and every one!!

I was traveling and in severe pain from a broken tooth. I called early that morning and they made room for me in their schedule. This place and the people are AMAZING! Everyone was so friendly and inviting. Dr. McClellan got me right in, took some X-rays and solved my problem immediately. She has a fantastic chair side manner and sense of humor. I have had some bad experiences in the past and you never know what to expect somewhere new. This was probably the best dental experience I have ever had! Thank you to Dr. McClellan and your amazing staff!

I have been a patient for more than 16 years with Dr. Saltzman. When he retired I was somewhat concerned because he knew everything about my personal dental care. Dr. McClellan and her team were fantastic. They are always extremely professional and considerate. Every employee is always willing to listen to what you have to say and they truly care about your well-being. Everyone is pleasant to speak to and they truly create a wonderful environment in the office. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

The whole experience was awesome. Clean, neat, friendly front desk staff. Alexis was great. Made me feel comfortable, even while cleaning what seemed to be nook and cranny of my mouth. Dr Morgan could not have been more awesome. Clear, concise, passionate, but not pressured to make any choices. They are all rock stars.
